When will my order be delivered?

All orders are shipped from our NSW warehouse. Some Items which are unavailable we order from our factory based in pakistan.

Order Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within same to one (1-2) business day after payment clearance.

Estimated Delivery Times (Standard Delivery)

  • Melbourne Metro: 4–6 business days
  • Australian Metro (excluding Melbourne): 5–7 business days
  • Australian Regional: 6–9 business days
  • Australian Remote: 6–10 business days

Delivery Carriers
Orders are delivered by Australia Post, Aramex, or Couriers Please. Orders Shipped from factory we use DPEX and DHL Express Services.

International Delivery
For overseas shipments, please allow 7–21 business days for delivery. Orders will be shipped via Australia Post and delivered by your local postal service.

Do You Offer Expedited Delivery Service?

Yes, we offer expedited delivery options for customers who require faster shipping.

Can I Return My Order?

Orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided that the items remain in their original, resalable condition with all tags attached.

Please note that for bulk or wholesale customer returns involving five (5) or more items, a restocking fee will apply. This fee is calculated at 15% of the item's price, or a minimum of $15 - whichever is greater - and will be deducted from your refund.

Express Post Shipping

Leveraging the express post services provided by Australia Post and Couriers Please, we offer an Australia-wide express shipping option. Orders shipped via this service are transported by air and typically arrive within 3-6 business days.
